Subway - Toronto
Menu
The restaurant from Toronto offers 67 different dishes and drinks on the menu at an average price of CA$10.
Subway at 235 Bloor East offers a unique dining experience defined by inconsistencies in service and food quality. While some appreciate the fresh ingredients and favorable take-out options, others lament the rude staff and inadequate portion sizes. Cleanliness and social distancing efforts are commendably maintained, though limited seating can deter potential diners. The restaurant is appreciated for getting delivery orders right, restoring some patrons' faith in the chain. However, the need for improved customer service training is evident, as problematic interactions hinder an otherwise promising dining experience. Overall, potential visitors may want to manage their expectations.

2. The staff is nice and helpful.
3. The cleanliness is always well-maintained.
4. The lack of seating is a downside.

6. The reason for not receiving a perfect score is due to limited product availability, such as honey oat bread and vegetarian meatballs.
7. The best part was seeing customers practicing social and physical distancing on their own accord. It was nice to see others patiently waiting in line outside the store while one person placed their order.
