The pitcher contained chopsticks, forks, and spoons. My companion decided to order the pad Thai with shrimp, which came with large, plump shrimp that were tender and flavorful. The noodles were slightly thinner than usual and the sauce had a bit more spice. I chose the Thai Basil Eggplant, which was served with steamed rice. The dish included big chunks of eggplant that were cooked perfectly, along with tofu cubes that were crisp on the outside and silky on the inside. The soy sauce was thick and rich. Overall, it was a pleasant lunch experience at Spring N Fresh Rolls.
