I want to start by saying the food was great and our waitress amazing, We did however have an drink accident, which was handled very poorly by the manager. Since our meal came to well over $300.00 his attitude and response for a few dollars will probably prevent us from ever come back.What happened to good old customer service ?? View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Southern Accent:
We attended a $55 tapa and bourbon tasting. We're excited for it and took our adult children along. A fun night but the food did not impress and honestly even though we only paid $55 a person we left feeling that we got less than value. There we three appetizers passed around twice and three tapas. Came out here from Texas and the customer service and food was WONDERFUL!
It was delicious from the beginning to the end! Even the coffee was delicious!
Great food, great service. One of our favourite places to dine. Miss the old location but we will get used to the new one.
