excellent facility and ambiente. lady server was fantastic! Eat: fritto misto was quite indispensable, deep fried and many batteries. pollo was dry, boiled and very salty sauce. pappardelle was good, but salty. I would expect more for the prices. View all feedback.

Unfortunately, we went in with high expectations because of the reviews, but they were not met. It took 30 minutes for us to be seated, even with a reservation. We were not acknowledged at the bar for over 15 minutes as well. The music was very loud, to the point that my partner and I could not hear eachother when conversing, even with a raised voice. The music also did not fit the physical beauty of the restaurant, and felt like we were in a disco club. Our food took about 40 minutes to come out and was cold by the time we were served. The flavours were bland, and there was no value for the price. Thank you to our waiter for making the experience at least a little better. Beautiful restaurant, but that's just about it.
The food at Sofia is consistently excellent, but it's the wonderful staff that makes me keep returning.
I have to say every time the service was awarded to sofias. from the moment you go into the door and from the moment when you leave the old school luxury. my last night there was no exception. please keep the level of service as they are under the competition!
They offered nothing, even after knowing that it was birthday. the service was pretty slow. eating was okish
