On the day of our visit, the resta... read more What an amazing experience! My wife and I visited Shoushin to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we were truly impressed. On the day of our visit, the restaurant had just received a Michelin Star, which was well-deserved. The quality of the fish, the presentation, the flavors, the service, and the overall ambiance were unparalleled. We sampled dishes we had never considered before, and Shoushin completely surpassed our expectations! There were items on the menu that we usually shy away from at other Japanese restaurants—I typically find squid unappealing, and my wife is not a fan of uni—but at Shoushin, the taste and quality made us enjoy everything (even the slice of melon at the end of the meal was something we had never experienced before)! The staff were exceptionally friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable in their roles. I must say, the service was among the best we’ve ever had. We will definitely be returning for another fantastic meal with the wonderful team at Shoushin!

Their inventive methods of preparing certain meals are truly remarkable—it’s like a burst of flavor in every bite. We also chose the sake pairing, which added an enjoyable twist to our meal. The staff was both knowledgeable and friendly, chatting with us and making our experience even better. Although it is a bit pricey, you are certainly paying for a memorable dining experience.
