Very kind staff and delicious coffee!
Our family spent 4 months in the Sinai hospital. During our stay we visited the second cup almost nightly. The staff was very friendly, kind,and compassionate with what we where going through. The service was exceptional. Especially Cynthia,Enbet and Krista.This location is very lucky to have these ladies working for them.Never had attitudes even with lengthy lines during peak hours. They deserve raises. Perfect staff for that environment. Also Chanaz got us hooked on a new coffee..aka chanaz #5Ask for a pump of chocolate in your next cup.Now that we're home we miss them.Thanks guys Darrell, Mellisa and Lleyton..

I have visited this spot many times. I believe they may be understaffed on weekends. My recent experiences were disappointing. I ordered a cheese melt that was completely burnt. The next day, I ordered a turkey cheese melt but received a regular cheese melt without the turkey. I don't think I will be returning anytime soon.
