This Second Cup location offers a unique blend of coffee and frozen yogurt from Pink Berry. The spacious interior features a variety of seating options and quick service. While some customers found the regular coffee bitter and service slow, others enjoyed specialty drinks like the caramel corretto. The atmosphere was praised for its modern decor, stylish elements, and unique features like a milk bar. Many appreciated the convenient location and friendly staff. Overall, Second Cup offers a pleasant and versatile dining experience for both quick stops and extended stays.

We stopped in here for a quick noon-hour bite. There was quite a line-up, but it moved quickly. We had the turkey, brie, and apple panini and a slice of carrot cake for dessert. Delicious!

This location is quite special. It is fancy, huge, bright and lots of seating. I really like their bar stool area especially with the street view and comes with their superbly, magnificent marble table! This location is also not far from the CN Tower, in...More

Went for a quick coffee before a show. Very busy place with excellent and speedy service and the coffee is delicious.

I have been to this restaurant twice. The regular coffee and lattes are both very bitter. The service is very slow, with only one person taking orders and another person making the drinks. I imagine they have become much busier since the Tim Horton's across the street closed.

I decided to stop by Second Cup before catching the show Come From Away, which was conveniently located just one block away. It had been years since my last visit to Second Cup, but I was impressed with the improvements they have made. The decor of this Second Cup was beautiful and well-organized. There were designated areas for placing and picking up orders, making coffee with sugar/milk/napkins, a yogurt station with various toppings, a round yogurt bar area with plenty of barstools, additional barstools by the window, and booth seating in the back. Above the booth seating, there was a clever painting showcasing key landmarks of downtown Toronto. The addition of phone charging spots was a nice touch - simply ask the server for a charger, attach it to your phone, and place it on the designated spot to charge. I ordered a medium Americano coffee with pumpkin flavouring and a heated blondie, which was quite tasty despite my dislike of chocolate chips. The coffee was delicious and the staff at this location were friendly and accommodating. Thank you for a great experience, Second Cup! I will definitely be returning to this location.
