Cant go wrong with this place. Good prices and great food. I recommend the poutine. Also very clean inside and you can dine there if you wish. They have a special sauce called the Retro sauce , try it on your burger, its kinda like BigMac sauce. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Retro Burger:
You survive the reputation of previous management? $15 for two??? big?? fries because we had friends for burgers. Not only was there barely enough for 7 tiny portions, but some were still raw. We had to put them in our air room. Instead of making new management, asked me to drive the Pommes back and they would see what they would do. But it was 15 minutes to cook, so food would wait and come back the burgers would ha... View all feedback.
I was about to go to McDonald's when I noticed this place and decided to try it out instead. I ordered a Swiss mushroom burger and sweet potato fries with ranch sauce, and I was very pleased with my meal. I even put some of the fries in the burger, which added a nice crunch. Overall, I give it a big thumbs up.
Other than the slightly slow wait, I found this place to have excellent service and atmosphere! They don't play obnoxious or loud music, have friendly staff and the food is fantastic! It was also clean to boot!I will be returning here in the future for sure, this is my third time and it's always delivered on good service and food!
I absolutely love Retro Burger. Their Big 10 Double Bacon Cheeseburger is amazing! It is cooked perfectly, has great flavor, and is very filling. The fries are freshly cut and not too greasy, just how I like them. The gravy is delicious with the right amount of salt, and the service is friendly and efficient. Since opening on the Danforth, it has become one of my favorite guilty pleasures. The owner is a nice guy, and I always have pleasant chats with him and the rest of the team. While the prices may be a bit high, the quality of the food is much better than what you would get at McDonald's. If you love burgers, Retro Burger is definitely worth checking out!
Retro Burger Rocks!. If you're craving for the best burger in the GTA you need to check this place out!The burger, the bun, the toppings are top notch the place is imaculate, the quality is first class. It was tough to skip the burger and go for the souvlaki and salad...but that was just as fantastic too. And if you're an 80's child like me you'll love the music too! 10 out of 10 5 stars all the way!
Food and Service. I was there for lunch today and the food was amazing. I have tried their mushroom burder and philly cheese steak. I normally don't have problems with their service but looks like they have hired someone new and the the person that cooked my philly cheese steak has a little too much attitude Just my thoughts... .
