Be warned the hot is no joke. Even if like spicy food the heat may take away from how good the chicken is. And it is good.

I've been to Nashville and this chicken holds up. Hot AF legitimately hot. Chicken itself very moist and delicious. Tasty sides!

Medium is plenty hot for most people, only try hot if you're insane. Good quality chicken and good sides. Not exactly cheap, though.
