Josh, the manager, came over, and I explained that the noise was unacceptable, especially in such an empty restaurant, and questioned why we had been seated so close to a large group. Instead of apologizing, he suggested that we should have asked the server to move us. I pointed out that we were already halfway through our meals when the noise escalated. As customers, it's not our responsibility to raise complaints; it's the staff's job to anticipate and enhance our dining experience. Clearly, Josh does not have the same level of training as the other staff members I've encountered during my previous visits, which have all been fantastic.

However, the backs of the chairs are quite low, so anyone with back pain might want to opt for a bench seat. The atmosphere is lively and energetic, thanks to a DJ playing some great music, although it was a bit too loud for us to have a proper conversation. Our server provided good service, but we did experience a mix-up when another server accidentally brought three plates to our table that we hadn't ordered. The food itself was delicious; we both chose pasta. Unfortunately, I ended up feeling unwell after the meal. It would have been considerate if our server had comped my dish, especially since he was clearly aware of my situation.

She came with birthday fireworks in my gelato. But before that she was attentive and professional describing the various entries. She replaced my too bland pasta dish with pizza without me asking. She made the experience very special for my best friend and me. I had been here 2 weeks ago with my daughters for the first time with another excellent server. We will be back!

Degustation menu for 6 people was great value. Wine list was good, but repeatedly didn't have bottles we ordered in stock. Service was extremely disappointing especially for the price tag. We got increasingly frustrated and annoyed as the dinner went on, starting from having to flag down a server at the beginning as we sat there for 10 minutes, then they'd forget to give us plates (while the sharing plates were already on the table , no serving utensils for shared plates, they kept forgetting who had allergies (anaphylactic so not an insignificant one! , drinks went to the wrong people, etc. So many things that just disrupted the experience.
