So great to have a restaurant of this quality inside Nordstrom. The waitress was very helpful with helping to choose dishes. I took the salad special with grilled chicken and I wish I had had any of the other choices from my group. The salmon salad was apparently delicious and seemed more of a dinner. What User doesn't like about Nordstrom Restaurant:
It may only be in entrance to store, but it is starting to look sloppy. Wet rag wiped tables, no spoon for coffee and attendant suggesting you walk to other end to ask for one. When it opened there were lines and a specialness. The coffee is still good, as is the sun-dried tomato and feta scone, but upmarket feel lost. View all feedback.
Lots of after-work meet ups were happening the night we visited. The food was very good, although the service was a little sparse - couldn't get drinks refilled often. Otherwise, a great view of the activity inside the mall and a terrific spot for people watching at the window booths.
My boyfriend and i went to eat around 8:20, when we walked in the server told us that they would be closing in 30 minutes, which wasn't true because they closed at 9 so it was 40 minutes. I said ok thats fine. We ordered the Calamari which was really yummy, and we shared a club house sandwich. I love how they tweaked up the sandwich by adding avocado and green beans. The food was very delightful. Although the service on the other hand was not the best, she seemed to be doing all her side and closing duties instead of serving us, which was fine we weren't in a rush, but to get some service would have been nice. The server never asked us how our food was and we had to wave down a different server just to get the dessert menu. Other than the service, the Nordstrom restaurant is a cozy and comfortable location. The food is awesome.
What a hidden gem! On the top floor of Nordstrom, is a wonderful spot for lunch. Friendly service. A menu with lots of food choices. Plus a great window view that overlooks the shopping mall. The turkey club sandwich was delicious.
Hidden restaurant on the third floor of Nordstrom overlooking the Eaton Centre. Wonderful interesting dishes. Terrific service. A hidden gem.

I would definitely go again. You can reserve to get a table overlooking the Eaton Centre.
