The only downside is it can get quite busy. I had the special risotto that night. The arugula salad is amazing. I recommend this place to anyone who's looking for a new Italian place to try.

Wetried: OLIVE CALDE E NODINI, BURRATA-POMODORO-PANZANELLA, POLIPO E PATATE, GUSTOSA Pizza & RAPINI SALSICCIA ORECCHIETTE Pasta, TIRAMISU dessert. Everything was very tasty & we loved their hot chilli oil.

The service was pretty good, and our server was very attentive.The Italian restaurant market in Toronto is competitive. On this basis I would rate the meal as average. I had a pasta with duck...cooked well, the dish was sweet and my colleague's mussels not entirely fresh. To her credit, the server checked in with us promptly, apologized for the food and offered substitutions. We settled on the free macchiato which was excellent...better than any I have had in a restaurant in the GTA. I suspect our meal experience was an anomaly as the menu was certainly inviting.

I tried the risotto special and it was absolutely delicious. The service was excellent as well. Although it may be a bit on the pricey side, it is definitely worth it.

Our server was very attentive and even checked with the kitchen to ensure options were suitable for those with celiac disease. We ended up ordering an octopus appetizer, risotto, and a ragu with gluten-free pasta. The food was exceptional. We had no problems after the meal and would highly recommend this restaurant.
