Amazing sandwich spot at the university, operating solely during lunch hours. The owner is super friendly and clearly passionate about the food he creates.

I've been visiting Nobs since it resembled a typical hotdog stand. I'm thrilled to see the upgrades, and I'm hoping they will have a storefront soon. The sandwiches are a must-try; the sous-vide beef blade chimichurri is incredibly flavorful, and the meat is perfectly tender. I recently had the cheeseburger, and it’s one of the best I've experienced in the city.
