Description

**Restaurant Review: Myth – A Mixed Bag of Experiences**

Nestled in downtown Toronto, Myth boasts a trendy, chic atmosphere complemented by Greek-inspired decor. Patrons rave about the delightful food, particularly when ordering a variety of appetizers, though some dishes raise concerns about quality and pricing. While the ambiance and service shine through on certain nights, inconsistency in staff attitude and meal timing has left some diners unsatisfied. Though the restaurant is popular, making reservations is a must to avoid overcrowding. Overall, Myth has potential, offering a vibrant dining experience, but its execution leaves room for improvement.

We came here for my friends birthday and had a great time. Originally we sat at the patio but ended up switching to the bar indoors (they were very kind and accommodated us inside because the restaurant was full) our server/ bartender Mark was amazing ! The espresso martini was great , the food was delicious (the oysters were good , tuna tartar was delicious the grilled calamari was unreal , zucchini chips were good as well. If you want good food and a vibe check them out but would definitely suggest sitting inside they had fire dancers and the decor was very tulum vibes. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

We recently dined here for a family birthday celebration. We ordered several happy hour appetizers, including the meatballs, calamari, and fried zucchini—all of which were enjoyable. The roasted chicken, however, was somewhat tough and less impressive. Overall, it would be 4-star experience before I got my bill. While the overall experience was pleasant, we were disappointed to find that we had been charged for multiple bottles of water. The final bottle was opened and served without our request or consent, and we only noticed the charge after the bill had been settled. We didn't even drink and we didn't need more water. Although this may seem like a minor issue, it left a negative impression and unfortunately overshadowed an otherwise enjoyable evening. I see other reviews mentioning about the bottled water so I am sure it was not an accident. Clear communication is everything this is not acceptable. Regrettably, due to this experience, we are unlikely to return. Price per person: $80–90 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

Came to celebrate our grad dinner with my girls and we left with no complaints! The food was so delicious, loved the calamari and the lamb chops. They even gave us a little complimentary dessert to celebrate. Loved the little show as well with the dancers! Such a vibe Price per person: $80–90 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely beautiful restaurant with great service, spacious tables, and delicious food! I came here with my company for dinner, and even got to treat my coworker with a birthday sparkler for her dessert (Baklava)! We got all our food to share since we werea group of ~10 people. The apps were a beautiful slice tuna flower, the flaming cheese, calamari, and beef carpaccio. For ourmains we got the 40 oz steak and sea food tower which were both more than enough food, and there was even left over. The onlything I will say that was not great here was that the food took a LONG time to come out (we waited for more than 45min betweenthe apps and main). I wouldn?t dock a star though because everything else was so great. Would definitely recommend! Cheers.

Trendy restaurant downtown Toronto. Love the chic aesthetics and Greek inspired furnishing. Super nice patio with heating that can be turned on at night! I dropped by on a Monday night and it was packed so I do highly recommend getting a reservation ahead of time. The food was great. I ordered a bunch of appetizers to share and some cocktails. The food was good but nothingmind blowing. I feel like there are better Greek restaurants in Toronto at better prices as well. To be fair it is a restauranton King St West. I did had a lovely night with amazing service. I would totally pop in for another round of drinks and apps!
