Momiji Sushi Bar and Grill - Toronto

This used to be one of my favourite local sushi places but something has changed in the last few years. I have not visited in some time but I feel like the place definitely needs a some TLC. The food was ok, everything looked beautiful and was fresh but I feel like the recipes have changed since the last time I’ve had the rolls, the service was ok, everyone is extremely nice but not as attentive as they could be. The restaurant it self could use a bit of a facelift. Overall not a bad experience but I’m a bit disappointed in my go to place.

I went for lunch yesterday. Fantastic delicious food. Excellent service. Beautiful presentation. And, I have gluten and shellfish allergies and this was no problem for them to accommodate this. Thank you!

Overall great experience would recommend to anyone looking for affordable and good Japanese cuisine. I would recommend going for lunch as the special pricing is quite good for the amount of food you get.

Awesome fresh sushi, friendly environment, reasonable lunch menu prices. I definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful service and amazing food! We got a free upgrade of tuna the other day and I came back within the week! Super.
