Mcdonald's - Toronto

I brought a person I support with a disablity for breakfast this past Sunday morning and on the way to my table and while having breakfast I could smell urine. To say the least it wasn't pleasant. I'm in here regularly with people I take care of but not sure if I want to continue coming here.

Waiting in drive through for 25 minutes until I got the pickup window to be told the apple pies I ordered would be another 15 minutes. It has been my experience that this restaurant is always very slow.

Do not go here after 3 pm on a school day teens from the local high schools are loud, obnoxious, disruptive and rude. Throwing food at each other, shoving and pushing saw a young mom with her pre schooler get up and move due to their swearing and yelling. I told them to shut it and got a bunch of F bombs and the rest thrown at me too! Management oblivious probably nervous to do much since there are dozens of teens there! Never again.

Waiting 12 mins for 2 items during off peak hours is wild for “fast food”. Staff just chatting away while people are waiting for food.

EVERYONE PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE CONSUMING IT OR CHECK IT BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE!After knowing that they didn’t change the coocking oil the day before and using it the next day still serving the food. This not supposed to happen! It can make people sick ?
