We often come here for family gatherings and celebrations. The restaurant is very well run and the staff is amazing. Everything gets a perfect 10/10 rating. Their COVID safety measures are excellent, including temperature checks, complimentary gloves for dining, and hand sanitizing stations. We were very impressed. One additional tip: wear comfortable, stretchy pants. View all feedback.
What Mark Grant doesn't like about Mandarin:
Celebrating my Mums Birthday. Service, as usual was exceptional. Jo-Jo was super friendly and always willing to go the extra mile. Point of concern is the lack of allergy warnings. There was a dish with whole peanuts, so it was easy to identify, otherwise it may have been an issue. Jo-Jo was helpful with the situation and i informed management.Parking: If dining at Mandarin, Parking is free. View all feedback.
I gave a 2 star for service because I got a dirty spoon at my table.

I will 100% not be coming back to this location EVERY AGAIN. Every single review talking about the waiters FORCING you to tip is 100% true. We already had to pay a huge amount just for three people (over a 100). We didn’t order any drinks either. But when leaving we were going to provide a good tip but we were told aggressively they wanted more. They were constantly hassling us and forcing us to provide them a tip. What kind of customer service is that? I felt unsafe in that environment with my family (including kids). Never in my life have I been to a restaurant where I was practically gaslighted to give a huge amount for tips. What kind of restaurant etiquette is that? Tip culture has definitely gone bad at this restaurant. Tipping is what you do when you enjoy/appreciate a service. If the service is bad, then I am not required to give a tip. Plus during our entire experience there, we were constantly bothered by the waiters.
The manager, Ms Dan is so accommodating. I really appreciate her and all the staff. Our event was successful because of them.
I had a wonderful time at the Mandarin with my parents, who celebrated their 43rd anniversary, along with my emotional support puppy. The Mandarin staff are delightful, welcoming, provide a warm atmosphere and make you feel like a beloved guest. They have good energy, make you smile and always make you feel like you are looking forward to the next visit. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! ?Vegetarian options: Many options for anyone with restrictions or allergies.Dietary restrictions: Many options for anyone with restrictions or allergies.Parking: ExcellentKid-friendliness: The Mandarin has always provided excellent kid options and have provided wonderful service.Wheelchair accessibility: The Mandarin provides excellent wheelchair accessibility.
