La Palma - Toronto

This was my first time back in awhile and me and friends loved our experience. Our server (sorry forgot his name) was great. I recommend the lamb chops, crispy potatoes and the chicken liver mousse.

The food was good, but service wasn't great. As opposed to our first great visit, the meal was served all at once, instead of a staggered experience.. so food got cold.

FOOD: quite disappointed• Chickpea Agnolotti: I love the cream sauce but the filling of the agnolotti tastes pretty weird.• Pomodoro pizza: The pizza was oily, the crust was burnt in the bottom, and the basils are ...crispy.• Bufala Mozzarella: it taste ok, not sure what's the cucumbers are for as they're so thin that if I breath hard they'll fly away.SERVICE: my waitress look unhappy for some reason since the moment I sat down. She looks annoyed like she just wanna get out of here as soon as possible.VIBE: this restaurant has nice ambience but the tables are wayyy too close to each other. I can't even get out without knocking the table beside me over, tables are about 2 hand spans away from each other.

Impeccable service, very good value. Never a bad meal!

Great food, great service. Family style was perfect for our party of four with old friends.
