I was taken aback when I ordered a Greek frappe and received a cup full of foam (whipped coffee). The picture indicated there would be a small amount of coffee at the bottom, but I only discovered that after I added water myself. When I inquired with the barista, he explained that Greeks have a distinct way of preparing it, but I have never experienced a frappe that consisted solely of foam before, and I've had my fair share.
