W... read more Our daughter was acting as our guide in Toronto and booked reservations at this restaurant ahead because it was not very big and did not have a lot of tables. We were seated and looked after promptly. The food was very good and was served in a timely manner. The staff were very helpful and efficient. A man was shucking oysters nearby if diners were ordering. Well run and very good food. Not a very big menu but everything ordered was great. Hard to find though. Hidden away on a side street.

The food quality was very good and the table service was of... read more This is potentially an excellent restaurant, although portions are small and prices relatively high. The food quality was very good and the table service was of a reasonable standard. It is small and has a nice ambience. What does let it down is, as mentioned in several other reviews, the rude and unhelpful attitude of the lady who "meets and greets" and generally hovers in the background. On many occasions, this might not be an issue but I would certainly recommended some people skill training for her if the restaurant want to retain customers.
