I love sushi and I find that the service at Itamae Sushi is attentive and friendly. You can either order from a traditional menu or set up your order via the Ipad menu (cool!). There are various types of Asian foods, including Chinese dishes. I know that it might sound strange but if you see the fried milk, try it! I was delighted to see this since it's a childhood favourite and few places serve this these days. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Itamae Sushi:
We went as a family on New Year's Day. We received about half of the items we ordered on their iPad menu. We spoke to two different servers about it and still nothing was done for about 35 minutes. After our kids began to get restless we decided to forget it and ask for our bill. We told the manager that we thought a discount was in order but he still expected us to pay $25 each adult for a couple of miso soups, some... View all feedback.
Eating is consistently good here and the service is also. rarely I get a dish that is bombing, but this is only expected with different quality of the ingredients and various cooking skills. at night they must run out of regular white rice and. with sweet sushi rice in her fried rice dishes and it was not pleasant. no real trouble, except the music. They run the same minute loop of songs on repetition and it drives me crazy.
We were thrilled to have an AYCE sushi in the neighbourhood, but were disappointed by the quality of the food/service. this must be under new management because we gave the AYCE dinner another try and the food/service was great. my only complaint is automatically added to the bill. let them at least know that there are no surprises.
My family and I eat dinner in this osaka buffet. the service was super and fast. the waiters/waxes came from time to time to fill with water and pick up dishes. the buffet is great and easy to order, and eating comes quickly. there are many ways to eat and drink and would definitely recommend this place to families. I'd probably come to dinner again. the price is also very affordable and the tasty eat worth. I ordered calamari (frittensquid) and some sushi for my dinner. the calamari was crispy and tasty. the sushi was also very tasty. if they are looking for a buffet where they would like to eat, osaka is the place for them.
There is a wide variety of options to choose from at this restaurant. The prices are reasonable and I will definitely return. The staff was attentive, despite being busy.
Good selection, quick service with the tablet-based ordering system. Some delicious original items, excellent steak. Prices in line with competitors in the area. Ample parking.
