Nestled in a seemingly quiet corner, this restaurant experience offers a mix of highs and lows. Though service is friendly and accommodating—promptly replacing undercooked dishes—patrons find the wait times and menu limitations frustrating. Many dishes, while delicious, vary widely in quality; standout pizzas contrast with disappointing pastas. Misleading branding adds to the confusion, as the actual offerings stray from the anticipated Vannis menu. Overall, while there is potential for improvement, especially considering the steep prices, some diners might still return to explore the best of what the kitchen has to offer.

We had excellent service during our visit. Although some members of our party arrived late, our server remained composed and continued to provide drinks and food for those of us who were present. Unfortunately, they ran out of several menu items we attempted to order, which was a bit frustrating since it was a Saturday night. However, the dishes we did order were absolutely delicious. What User dislikes about Hotspot:
the place was almost empty Friday night, but still, service lasted one. our server was very nice. the kitchen was gracious and ready to exchange a undercooked dish for another well made. Thank you! I would give food and make another try, was not overly impressed. it's pretty pricy. the pizza of my friend was great, my pasta was not. room for improvement. View all feedback.
We had a good service. some people on our party were quite late on the reservation, but our server was not harassed by him and continued to be drinking and eating for those of us who were there. they ran out of several menu items we tried to order what was annoying as it was Saturday night, but the food we ordered was delicious. if I'm back in the neighbourhood, I'd eat there in a definitiv.

The restaurant vannis does not exist. another restaurant is an address with a tiny part of the Vannis menu. I didn't like being deceived, so we didn't see if we liked the burger or the pizza.
The restaurant was nearly empty on Friday night, yet the service took some time. Our server was very friendly, and the kitchen was accommodating, promptly offering to replace an undercooked dish with a properly prepared one. I appreciate that! I would rate the food and consider giving it another try, but I wasn't particularly impressed overall. The prices are quite high. My friend's pizza was excellent, but my pasta didn't meet the mark. There's definitely room for improvement.
