What User likes about Hong Kong Island Bakery:
Friend and I needed to kill time so we dropped in here for a coffee and a curry-filled bun. Reasonably priced at under $3 for both coffee and pastry. Not many seats so hanging around might be a problem at peak hours. Nice selection of pastries. They prepare the coffee for you, which might put some people off who like to add their own milk or sugar to taste. It wasn't a problem for us. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Hong Kong Island Bakery:
We stopped at this bakery as we were wandering around China Town. It's has a large selection of pasteries and cakes. The prices are super reasonable. Worth a visit View all feedback.

read moreLocated in Toronto's Chinatown, Hongkong Bakery offers a fantastic selection of pastries and cakes at affordable prices. The dim sum received mixed reviews, with some dishes being overcooked and unappetizing. However, the bakery items were highly praised, with delicious options like almond cookies and BBQ pork buns. The bakery is known for its cozy atmosphere and excellent service, making it a favorite spot in the neighborhood. Overall, Hongkong Bakery is recommended for those looking for tasty treats at budget-friendly prices.
