What User doesn't like about Hokkaido Sushi:
Hokkaido turned out to be only mediocre as an all you can eat restaurant. The servers were great. They literally ran to customers, brought out plates quickly, filled water glasses often and cleared the table diligently. The sushi chefs were very good. Sushi was tasty, fresh and very creatively plated. The food from the kitchen was disappointing. Chicken was gristly. Beef had no taste. Ribs were all fat. More care nee... View all feedback. My wife and I do take out from this restaurant once a week, and go to the AYCE on occasion. Its not high end, but very reasonably priced and the staff is quite friendly. View all feedback.

This sushi all-you-can-eat restaurant is your typical neighborhood spot.

read moreHokkaido, located in Mount Pleasant, offers a decent sushi selection with fresh sashimi and creatively plated rolls. While the sushi counter shines, the kitchen dishes lack in quality. The all-you-can-eat option is reasonably priced, with a variety of food choices and quick service. The friendly staff, good food, and ample seating make it a worthwhile visit. However, inconsistencies in order accuracy and slow service when crowded can be drawbacks. Overall, Hokkaido is a solid choice for sushi lovers seeking a casual dining experience, with options for non-fish eaters as well.
