What Veronica C doesn't like about Hanoi Three Seasons:
I don't know what happened last time I went, but I ordered the 3 season special pho with beef and meatballs and it was missing sliced onions, cilantro , and green onion. The portion of bean sprouts and Thai basil was also much smaller than usual. And there was only one meatball cut in half. I asked the waitress how many meatball pieces is supposed to be in here and she said 4 pieces. Then I overheard her talking to t... View all feedback.
I have a major issue with the fact that employees are allowed to smoke at the back door of this restaurant. The smell of cigarettes is overwhelming and unacceptable in a closed dining environment in this day and age. However, I must admit that the rare beef pho was delicious in 2018, and saved the meal for those of us who do not appreciate the smell of smoke.
I recently found a new restaurant in my neighborhood. The portion sizes are good and the food is authentic. I highly recommend trying their house specialty dish, the fish dill and shrimp paste vermicelli noodles - they are delicious! The rolls are also quite tasty. I definitely plan on coming back for more.
I really liked going to hanoi 3 seasons but lately their being stingy on the meat their giving half the meat but charging higher on price how does that work?
The portions are big, they gave generous potions of meat, and it's super super flavourful! This was a pleasant surprise! My boyfriend and I always go for the Southern Vietnamese places around the area, so we decided to have some Northern style cuisine for and change. It had been quite a while since we had visited, but I had such a great experience with the food I thought it was really deserving of a positive review. We ordered the Pho Dac Diet (house special pho) and Bun Bo Hue. The broths for both were extremely tasteful, very rich, and you could tell there was care and time put into the dish. The bun noodles were this perfect texture of softness. For both dishes, there was a lot of meat that was cooked tender and seasoned well. I was incredibly full after the dish. We also had the soursop and avacado shakes. Standard fruit shake done well so no complaints. This place is a bit pricier than your average pho, but I do think it's worth the experience. The 4 star was only because it took quite some time to receive our food. The restaurant wasn't too busy but I did find myself getting impatient as it felt we waited longer than normal for food to arrive. Nonetheless, it delivered high on quality. Will be back!
REALLY DISAPPOINTING. We ordered fried tofu, vegetarian spring rolls, vegetarian summer rolls and ginger tofu and bok choy on vermicelli. Everything was mediocre but the vermicelli was overwhelmingly gingery. The best part of the meal was the peanut sauce. Totally understaffed, really cramped and far too warm in there. Door was open and no A/C as far as I could tell. We won't be back.
