Halibut House Fish Chips - Toronto

Haddock and chips was amazing and tasty! Big portion for $12.99. Sunday and Monday deal only for that price! Service was exceptional, fast, friendly, and came with a smile ?! Will come back again!

Very disappointed with my recent visit. My French fries were undercooked and oily. The fish was ok but again the oil just oozed out of the package and not only onto its paper wrap but also seeped through the bag as well cutting a hole in the bag due to the sucking up of all that excess oil. This is inexcusable for a business in this industry. You don’t make many different things, you better do them well. Regardless, there are so many other businesses in this category that it’s time to move on to someone else.

Ordered haddock and poutine. Poutine was a good size portion. The haddock portion was small and extremely greasy. I love fish and chips but the fish was a no for me. Service was slow but staff was friendly and apologized for the delay.

First time dining at Halibut House and it did not disappoint!We got calamari and fried pickles for apps.Entree (pictured): fish tacos, fried halibut with chips coleslaw, and fried haddock with greek salad coleslaw.Everything was cooked perfectly and tasted very fresh! The only thing that was 4/5 was probably the Greek salad (understandably). Service was also great and would definitely come again!

Affordable, excellent customer service and atmosphere. I was looking for a good place to eat fish chips, and this one was a pleasant surprise. This is a gem located in Etobicoke.The dishes are well served.The fries and fish are amazing.
