While some find the mock chicken lacking authenticity, others appreciate the large portions and low prices. The service is friendly and reminiscent of a family-style meal. Some enjoy the food, while others find certain dishes to be bland or disappointing. Overall, it seems to be a hit or miss depending on personal preferences, but the general consensus leans towards a positive dining experience. Whether you're a vegan or a meat lover, this restaurant seems to offer something for everyone at a decent value.
This place is as if they are in a restaurant in china! eating is amazing, all vegan and the service is the best! not to say that the portions are huge! really good value for money! we were 5 days in toronto and went a few times as we loved it!
The “dry tofu” pieces that came with the green beans were simply delicious! the shanghai noodles were beautiful and smokey and were plentiful. Sweet and acidic “chickens” eier? so that my non-vegan roommate has always stolen them!
I was honestly expecting more than I found this place on happycow. the service is nice and very fast, but the Mock chicken was not at all a “horse like”. I would have expected something that at least reminds a bit of a chicken flavor or at least texture, but it was just a solid tofu block(or maybe it was too small, so I missed it? in both cases it would be disappointing. the best is the price, but they get a lot of food for little money, the spring rolls are also delicious! but since the names of food items promise more than they can deliver, it's just a 3/5. updated by previous review on 2022-03-22

Not the healthiest vegan food in Toronto by any means but it’s amazing to have a Chinese option without egg products. I love their chili mock chicken and the veggie rice.
