Was Consuelo Becker at Gabby's Junction a mag?
Good beer, good burger and good friends to share while watching the Toronto FC soccer team play on TV. Just great atmosphere. Casual pub scene, but not too noisy as some laces can be, so a decent conversation can be conducted with yelling yourself hoarse. View all feedback.

What Prabhat Date dislikes about Gabby's Junction:
So we had already had a shocking experience getting breakfast!! so we went to Gabby's - very quite but then it was Breakfast!!! The options were limited but they were very accommodating as we wanted bacon and sausage but the normal breakfast is only sausage!!! They did this for us, however shane the eggs came out they were totally raw! they took the breakfast back and re did the eggs, however this was completed swift... View all feedback.

The patio could be great, if wasps and nests are kept under control. Service is good, friendly not fully knowledgeable on what to recommend. I request the seafood plater, Please don't order this, it was terrible, fish from package tossed in the microwave, the same with the shrimp and calamari. Simply gross!. Salads are not fresh and boring, you may be safer ordering hamburger and fries. I never return my plate, but I will not return here for that dish. Remove it from your menu unless you cook it properly. The ambiance is not that great, I don't enjoy my dinner accompanied by trashy people, all I heard all night for F this and F that. I must mention that families were seated for dinner as well. If this a restaurant, pub full of drunks in the front? what is it? not coming back (We live south of Dundas) and this place is now off my list, third chance and burnt.

I'm not sure whether some of the reviewers have the right Gabby's - or whether they have the right city! This Gabby's is in the Junction, Dundas St West, miles away from the ROM which is downtown. And, no, it is not a great place to grab a bite nor is the food good there.Specifically, we dropped in a for a late lunch after wandering the Junction. I ordered fish and chips - pretty basic for pub food and you could think very little would go wrong. Wrong. My partner ordered a pasta special. Again simple. What could go wrong. Well, lots.Lets start with the fish. You can order a large fish portion or a smaller fish plate. The large I was told was very large - therefore one assumes the smaller size advertised would be a medium portion. What the waitress delivered (with some embarrassment, I think) was a minnow sized portion of fish. No more than three inches in length. And the chips? If you want your chips rock hard and crunchy you've found the right place - you could not use your fork topick them up. And the coleslaw, watery and barely edible. As for the pasta, even for a luncheon menu it was ridiculously small and tasteless. So this Gabby';s has achieved what I didn't think was possible - absolutely lousy basic pub food.Add $7.50 pints of beer to the price of this menu and you have spent $65. on a lunch barely palatable. There are a lot of other good food places along the Junction. If you want expensive beer go to Gabby's. But, please, don"t go for the food - it will only encourage them! .
