Front And John Pizza - Toronto

Asked for no tomatoes, there was tomatoes on my food. My husband asked for a bud lite and was given some fruity beer. I ordered a twisted rocket which is a frozen slushy drink, half of it was melted when I received it.

We went to this location because of convenience and have done so in the past. Each year we go we hope we get better service starting from the host or hostess, it never happens. From the time you walk in to the time you sit down, get your food, bill, etc. the staff is never happy, unprofessional and extremely slow. It takes too long to be seated, have an order taken, get the order right to enjoy the meal. The food is good, not spectacular but reasonably sized portions and lots of options for a family. The value is there if you can get over the fact the staff is miserable.

Unfortunately, did not live up to expectations. Wrong drinks and appetizer, main order forgotten... pizzas were barely warm. Missed part of Jays game and Tshirt giveaway. Meal was comped but would have rather been on time for game.

Convenient location. Went at a busy time so food came out at different times different temperatures. But was rectified. Appetizer came after our meals. Booked through open table but restaurant advised open table that I was not there. Thx
