What Lisa Stein doesn't like about Freshii:
Food is fine; that is not the issue with this location. The staff are beyond cheap! I asked for hot sauce. They literally put a drop of it in a small cup. Enough for a tablespoon of food. I had to ask for more than one napkin. The staff acts like the condiments and napkins are coming out of their paycheques! I am paying, on average, $15 for lunch and get treated like that?! We always order Freshii for our staff meetings. It caters to all dietary needs and focuses on nutritious options, which align perfectly with our office values.
The customer service at this restaurant is excellent. The representative made a small mistake on my order, but they caught it themselves and insisted on fixing it, even though I said it was fine. Thank you for the great service and delicious lunch!
