What User doesn't like about Fresh On Eglinton:
I didn't realise that it was a franchise(since I am from abroad)...the food was okay and the prices also,but I was really irritated by the the waitress who came every 5 minutes to our table to claim dishes etc.and ask for payment.That destroyed the whole atmosphere and though she said that“we are invited to stay as long as want“,I didn't feel that way.And I lost my intention to tip her ,also... I hadn't been to the Eglinton location before. I really liked the vibe. The wallpaper is so fun and cheerful. The servers are attentive and accommodating. I ordered the beyond meat bbq burger which was DELICIOUS but the smoked provolone chz was not great. Fresh being a vegan restaurant I was hoping the taste of the cheeze would be a bit better.
Service wasn’t great. Also sad to see they modified the menu and lots of my favourites are gone. Overall I still like Fresh, but it’s not what it used to be.
Everything we ordered was delicious however I would pass on the Beyond Burger. I have been going to Fresh for years and the food is consistently good. The Eglinton location is very nice.
Service by our server was great. The manager on duty was not at all. The food portion were extremely small in comparison to what they used to serve. Menu items that are smaller in portion are not as good as they used to be. This visit was quite a disappointment with the exception of the service by our server.
The appetizers and main were incredible. Portions were perfect. Will definitely go back.
