The lobster and crab bisque is to die for! Love!!

When checking this restaurant it was recommended to make a reservation, so we did.When we arrived we told them we had a reservation for two and then we were told to sit where ever. We weren't even taken to our seats. We ordered a bottle of wine which was brought to the table promptly. Dinner was fairly quickly prepared as well. My pasta was like glue, it was all stuck together, two or three pieces thick, 1/2 cooked, raw and over cooked all in one gloppy mess...unedible! Lobster was horrible...the roe was still black but the meat in the tail and claws where dry and tough. The bill was altered to take off the pasta but it was definitely obvious that there wasn't a trained chef in the kitchen. If there was he should be fired! Will not go back again.
