I prefer mine medium rare and since they grind the meat in-house, they can accommodate this request. This is quite rare in Toronto, where most restaurants, including high-end ones, cook their burgers well-done to adhere to Ontario regulations. The Folly burger was one of the best burgers I've ever had in Toronto. My wife also enjoyed her fish and chips, which were equally delicious, along with the fantastic french fries. The service and friendliness of the staff matched the quality of the food. Sitting on the patio was an added bonus.
