What User likes about El Arriero:
This restaurant is in my neighbourhood so we come here often. The fish and rice meals are always great- whichever one you get. Food is tasty although some times service hindered by language - don't get me wrong they are eager to help but just don't fully understand sometimes. They have both Colombian and Mexican menus but I have not tried the Mexican as yet since the Colombian is so good! I would recommend this place... View all feedback. We came to this restaurant at 3 PM on a Monday and although operating schedule, website and Facebook page states that they are open they were close. Can't find any good Colombian restaurant open in Toronto for lunch. What a shame! View all feedback.

read moreEl Arriero is a charming Colombian/Mexican restaurant in Toronto with generous portions and delicious food. While some found the decor overwhelming, the typical country tray and natural juices were enjoyed by many. The service was described as average, but the authenticity and taste of the dishes make up for it. Regulars highly recommend the Mar Y Tierra and other menu items, along with the refreshing fruit waters. Overall, despite some minor issues with ambiance and service, El Arriero is a beloved spot in the neighborhood for those craving Latin American flavors.
