Great lattes and croissants. One of the few cafes that's open early in the area.

Beautiful and unique location with a great decor. The coffee is good. It's not exceptional. The cortado was more like a cappuccino. Over aerated and huge abou 8oz. The latte was better. The cashier was a bit rude but overall it's a good spot for sit down coffee but if you just want a good cup there's better options in the area.

Great spot in the middle of the financial district. Came in on a Thursday morning to meet with my broker in person. Super busy with suits. the Matcha Latte comes unsweetened. Will try their pastries next time.

Stopped by for coffee. Ordered the “featured drip coffee” and was instantly given a cup of pre-made coffee! It was barely lukewarm, and when I added some milk became room temp! Don’t know about you, but I like my coffee hot. I asked the baristas to warm up my coffee, and they said they had no way to do that!! Extremely disappointed by the service. I took it back to my hotel room and warmed it up in the microwave before drinking it. Small mercies…the coffee tasted good, but the poor service left a bad taste in my mouth

I'm not a regular customer, but I always try to visit this cafe when I'm in Toronto. However, during my recent visit, I was disappointed by the declining customer service. The cafe was packed, and there were no available seats. When I asked the staff for help, they offered no assistance and seemed indifferent. After a while, I found a dirty table to sit at.When I requested my latte in a mug instead of a plastic cup, the cashier refused, citing an unmentioned rule. It was especially frustrating considering that there were clear mugs available, and accommodating my request wouldn't have been difficult.I want to make it clear to the cafe's management that reducing services shouldn't be mistaken for a rule. They shouldn't expect tips when they fail to provide adequate service.I am reducing another star as I didn't receive a single response.
