Excellent experience! Enjoyed a delightful evening on the patio with friends. The Italian cuisine was impressive, featuring very fresh ingredients. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $70–80 View all feedback.
I attended a family-style dinner at a corporate event held upstairs at Cucina Buca. The appetizers were outstanding, featuring delicious bread knots, fresh ricotta, salume, and two types of salad. However, both of the fresh pasta dishes were undercooked and chewy, and the white sauce was excessively salty. The pizza was quite good, though. In contrast, the proteins—branzino and chicken—along with the sides of roasted potatoes and long beans were absolutely perfect. Unfortunately, the service was slow, and we decided to skip dessert because clearing the table and setting up for dessert took too long. I recommend going for the appetizers and proteins, but I would skip the pasta. Note that you need to climb two flights of stairs to reach the dining area. Price per person was around $90–100. Overall, I rate the food a 3, the service a 2, and the atmosphere a 4.
