Typically... read more I can only say that this is incredible. I'm from the south and I'm a pretty good judge of fried chicken and that was some of the best I've ever eaten. Typically I am not a fan of Nashville style hot chicken...and they took it and a twist all their own and young oh young is incredible. the staff is incredibly friendly and many people come in and out of the restaurants are regular because in the round their order is known at their arrival in the door, which I think speaks volumes about the type of restaurants they have here.

Five of us have decided to try love chix. the restaurant is small but has several tables, a beautiful bar area and a partly open kitchen. everything was very cl... read more Five of us have decided to try love chix. the restaurant is small but has several tables, a beautiful bar area and a partly open kitchen. everything was very clean and our waitress was friendly and helpful. the menu is small and it seems we have. most of them tried. we shared the popcorn-cauliflower as starter to go with beer/wine interesting selection! since everyone was ready to share, we decided to have the fried huhn, butter huhn and a whole huh. we added the beet salad, French pommes and brussels sprouts (fried ties) as side. everything was well served for the exchange. fried chicken with sweet honey sauce is an extraordinary taste, but everything was top notch. it was hard not to notice several scenic chicken burgers going through a must for the next time! we went in a very cold night and some of our group found it somewhat cool, so if they are sensitive, they avoid the coldest winter nights. a fun and tasty experience!

The fried chicken, hot chicken sandwich, and brussel sprouts were all delicious! The service was excellent and we really enjoyed your hospitality. I highly recommend the fried chicken sandwich and brussels sprouts. It truly is a hidden gem.
