Cluny Bistro - Toronto

I wish there were 100 stars for this restaurant! I always say that no matter where you go, 50% of the experience is the food and the other 50% is the people. The staff here are truly amazing and set a high standard for customer service. Tim, who was so genuine and warm-hearted, served us drinks and the best dessert ever for our celebration. Reggie, our server, provided exceptional service, and even the front of house manager personally greeted our table along with the kind hostesses. It is clear that the staff here care deeply about their customers, which made our night unforgettable. The food is always phenomenal, so not visiting this restaurant would be a mistake. I have never written a review before, but I am so impressed by the experience here that I felt compelled to give a shout out to the staff, cooks, and especially Tim.

Cluny Bistro Last Thursday night, we celebrated my brother’s birthday at Cluny Bistro in the Distillery District. It was a tri-generational celebration so location, main floor bathrooms, special dietary requirements (Allergies and vegetarian) were all involved. The food was spectacular and the service was unbelievably amazing. The food recommendations for both appetizers and entrees were spot on for our party of eight. Our server Chad was incredibly attentive and made the special evening the best. His concerns for the allergies were checked and double checked of his own accord. The teamwork of the servers ran like a well oiled machine, even the lovely woman who took our reservations introduced herself and was incredibly helpful. Shout out to Cameron for keeping my octogenarian father’s coffee cup filled. Then the desserts came. WOW. Perfect ending to a perfect evening. Thanks to the wonderful meal and service. Bravo. I highly recommend Cluny Bistro!!!

My absolute favourite restaurant in the GTA. Never disappointed ! The bread is awesome. The ambiance and decor is lovely. Oysters are great I am told although I don't partake. I have tried a variety of menu items over the years and have found everything scrumptious. I appreciate they don't over season everything as most so-called fine establishments. Anyone who complains about not enough salt or pepper has no taste. Why do they have salt and pepper shakers? For those bellyachers!

My favorite restaurant in Toronto is located in a beautiful area with lovely space and decor. The French food with an exotic twist is amazing, and the desserts are top-notch as well. I highly recommend it.

Great food and excellent service. The patio is nice for brunch on a sunny day. Love the heat lamps for the added warmth.
