Service was friendly but inconsistent Some of the food was wonderful and some just okay. It was very loud since you are in the hotel lobby. Was overall enjoyable but probably would go elsewhere for afternoon tea next time. View all feedback.

Great experience, it was raining out side and we had to change table's as my wife got dripped on. The staff did this without hesitation. Staff are friendly and yo can switch teas but they don't appear to like doing this and only want to fill up your original tea. View all feedback.
Nice grand setting. Food was well presented and very tasty. The service was great. Recommendations needed a spoon for the dessert; would like to have had the scones served traditionally with clotted cream and strawberry preserve. Finally, would like to have been offered the option to have another tea not the same tea throughout just topped up hot water. Would definitely return.
Like the rest of the hotel, the service at CLOCKWORK is amazing! We felt pampered from start to finish. Highly recommend!
The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the high tea menu was delicious. They offered a wide variety of teas and cocktails to choose from.
