I have been coming to this location for a while but i am realizing that for the past couple of times that i have been ordering my drink with extra toppings and... read more I have been coming to this location for a while but i am realizing that for the past couple of times that i have been ordering my drink with extra toppings and pay extra for them but no extra toppings were found in the drink. In recent case i order their new kitkat crunchy tea with pudding and extra tapioca. MY DRINK HAS NO TAPIOCA! I PAID $9.03 for the drink!

They are open u... read more The service and atmosphere at this restaurant are always excellent. It is conveniently located near St. Lawrence at King Street East and Jarvis. They are open until midnight on weekends, which is convenient. I tried the grapefruit QQ with zero sugar and found it to be too sweet for my taste. I would recommend getting the passion fruit QQ instead.

There were two staff and it was very slow.Finally it was my turn to order, so I ordered a chocolate smoothie and tapioca pearls. I waited a long time, but I also gave them a tip.But my drink didn't come out no matter how long the time had passed, even though people who came later than me had received their drink. I had been drinking this drink frequently, so I had expected to receive it in approximately 5 mins.Eventually, I asked the staff who received my order how much longer it would take, and she replied that it would take 15 mins. I didn't know the reason because she didn't explain why it would take 15 more mins, and if my drink was taking time in the first place, shouldn't they have let me know when I ordered? I asked to cancel my drink because I didn't have time, and she didn't even say a word of apology.I was very upset and wasted my time because of her.Not only that, but contrary to her saying that she canceled the payment, my credit still has an amount charged.
