I enjoyed my salted caramel drink, but noticed it tasted different from previous orders. I assumed they had simply added less flavoring. However, it turns out they had mixed up the labels: my friend received the caramel drink (marked as milk) and vice versa. Additionally, I was surprised to be charged 50 cents for a bag to carry the drinks. Not everyone drives, as I take public transportation, and charging extra for a plastic bag seemed unreasonable to me.

I really enjoy their drinks and the baked goods are always delicious. My only criticism would be that the service can be slow during peak hours, so be prepared to wait in line for your drinks. Overall, it's a fantastic spot, but it may be best to avoid it during busy times when they prioritize speed and quietness for their Greek customers.

I specified the drink to be made with dark roast but the coffee tasted too light, I barely tasted it. Meanwhile, they definitely forgot to use oat milk for my order, and then I did not order coconut jelly at all but they still put it in, making the drink tasted weird.Half sugar was not considered, the drink was too sweet.Last time my boyfriend ordered malt chocolate milk tea but they gave him strawberry green tea.I really don't know if you guys are too busy or what but as a fan of Chatime, I'm upset and disappointed

I was there today for my favorite pearl milk tea. It's so awesome that I give it 10 stars and 10 stars for customer service. I love their tea so much that I bought a reusable stainless steel Chatime cup. Thanks for the great tea!

Not only I but ever... read more The worst customer service ever ! Extremely slow ! As proven by my pics. Took 1 hour to get only 2 bubble teas !!! Absolutely ? ridiculous ? Not only I but everyone waiting were getting very upset, irritable, and complaining to the staff and asking for management too ! No sense of urgency at all to work at a faster pace to serve paying customers waiting 1 hour like myself or more but fulfilling app deliveries first before your own in house customers equally or promptly. I want to be fully compensated for my purchase and Time as I know others were saying the same as myself there too ! Should NOT EVER TAKE 1 HOUR to get 2 bubble teas !!! DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TERRIBLE SERVICE TO ANYONE AT ALL !!!
