Thank goodness I had a winter jacket otherwise I would have been burned. On top of that, also 2nd time, when I arrived as the app told me too the order was still not ready and I watched them make it only when I arrived. Worst experience out of all Chatimes.

Tonight i decided to try it with the red velvet cake and was totally blown away. I have also tried their teramisu cake but that's loaded in caffeine. All in total top quality stuff.

There were about 10 pe... read more Do not come to this location unless you have the patience to wait 30-40min for a drink.Good product but the service is unreasonably slow. There were about 10 people in line ahead of me and it took 30mins before receiving my single drink. I feel this is way too long. Some people would come into the store and then end up leaving the line because of the long delay.I ordered a regular size but was told the store is out of regular cups so I must pay for a large. If the store is out of regular cups that is not the fault of the customer so you should either a) put a regular sized amount of product in the large cup or b) offer a complimentary upsize. I did not want a large, and that nearly made me leave without purchasing but because I had waited 20min in line to get to this point I felt frustrated and with no choice.I once tried to bypass the insane line ups and delays by ordering online. I showed up a few mins after the drink should be ready and it was not made yet. I waited quite awhile before being able to get an employee’s attention and my drink wasn’t even made quickly after that and I watched as various drinks were made first and more orders taken.It’s too bad because the product is really good!

I really enjoy their drinks and the baked goods are always delicious. My only criticism would be that the service can be slow during peak hours, so be prepared to wait in line for your drinks. Overall, it's a fantastic spot, but it may be best to avoid it during busy times when they prioritize speed and quietness for their Greek customers.

I specified the drink to be made with dark roast but the coffee tasted too light, I barely tasted it. Meanwhile, they definitely forgot to use oat milk for my order, and then I did not order coconut jelly at all but they still put it in, making the drink tasted weird.Half sugar was not considered, the drink was too sweet.Last time my boyfriend ordered malt chocolate milk tea but they gave him strawberry green tea.I really don't know if you guys are too busy or what but as a fan of Chatime, I'm upset and disappointed
