I visit this restaurant frequently! The staff is always friendly.
I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on a Sunday night. The roast milk tea with boba was nothing memorable. The place was understaffed and the washroom was dirty.
Well... if you can find other locations than the one in the stockyard, I highly recommend trying other places. What I experienced here was a hell of rudeness.I got 3 large bubble teas for my coworkers while I was reading the details of my coworkers' request on the text, I almost gave up putting the order. I won't be here ever again.

The temperature in the store is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! It is extremely hot and I am so sorry for thé employees that have to suffer in the store. Apparently their AC is down but are unable to get fix as they said. The owner of the store are truly heartless and evil for making their employees go though this heat. I couldn’t wait to leave the store. Regardless of the heat the employees put on a brave smile and had excellent service! The two girls working were very fast considering working this the heat. It was quite busy when I was there but the line went really fast. i was able to get my drink right after I paid. I don’t usually write reviews but this is insane. I’m giving the employees the 5 stars not chatime. Chatime owner do better.
