The temperature in the store is ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!! It is extremely hot and I am so sorry for thé employees that have to suffer in the store. Apparently their AC is down but are unable to get fix as they said. The owner of the store are truly heartless and evil for making their employees go though this heat. yesterday at 21:15 o'clock and at 10 o'clock. no tapioca. how do they run 45 minutes before the closing and don't do it anymore? therefore I choose the position queen in st. better hours and never from the beats. View all feedback.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant on a Sunday night. The roast milk tea with boba was nothing memorable. The place was understaffed and the washroom was dirty.
