The employees were polite but too focused on their tasks to provide much interaction, and my drink was prepared exactly as I had requested.

Unfortunately, both of them experienced diarrhea and severe stomach pain afterwards. It is likely due to the milk used in the drinks. We will not be returning to this restaurant.
