It was a busy night, as it was Valentine's Day, which we anticipated. The service was a bit slow, but we expected that, and we weren't in a rush. The food was excellent, and the waitress was very friendly and attentive. We're definitely planning to return! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Chacho's:
I am a little annoyed with this restaurant and open table. I asked at the beginning of the meal if I could use my reward check and was not told a problem. when it came to pay, said the waitress, the owner does not allow the coupons, as open table they do not honor. it was valentine and a Friday night with only one waitress. unnecessary to say the service was extremely slow. our second margarita came in a martini glas... Enjoyed the food but the service was a bit lacking..had to search and call over each time we needed something.
Reservation was for noon, show up and restaurant is closed and opens the 1230. Why even allow the reservation on OpenTable then ?
Food is good and the staff is very nice and accommodating but the service is slow.
The service was slow. We asked for water twice and it was never provided, even when we sat down. The ambiance wasn’t very nice, it felt like a sports pub with a group sitting in chairs pulled away from tables in the centre of the room. The room was quite cold also. The meal took forever to arrive and then was not only small, but not very tasty.
I made reservations for lunch at Chacho 's in order to take 2 friends Mexican food enthusiasts out for lunch. Online information indicated the opening hour for Chacho 's as 11 a.m., so I assumed it would be open for lunch. Further more, OpenTable took my reservation for lunch for 3 people at 1 pm. (I had tried to telephone during the day but could not get through. When we arrived at 1 pm Chacho 's was closed. I have never heard back from Chacho 's to apologize or explain why my reservation was taken when it was not open. We were put to finding another restaurant for lunch. Chacho 's was, needless to say, a disappointing experience only for this reason: it was closed. I would like to try the food to see what it is like it may be fabulous! but was forced to provide a poor rating in order that this important message get to Chacho 's: Ensure your online information re: hours is accurate and improve your communication with OpenTable.
