Loved this place. Great food, coctails and service. Spent 10 days in Toronto and this place was by far our favorite. Recommend calamari and octopus perfect dishes. La fresca coctail is sooo good. They also have good wine selection.
Amazing food! Classic yet creative menu, with good portions and amazing flavour. Guava sour is an excellent choice for a cocktail. The atmosphere and staff were also great. Definitely a spot to check out and enjoy for a lovely dinner.
Second time here. The food is phenomenal. I highly recommend the octopus which can be served as either an appetizer or main. The owner is always at the restaurant and is lovely. I’ll definitely be back.
Happy with the food, the cocktails and the great service, but I do think that for the price point, there needs to be something a bit more special. Really though, that's a minor complaint. Favourite restaurant ever. Food always delivers with taste, quality and freshness. The ambience is really nice and dark, perfect for groups of friends. My personal favourite item is the gnudi al pomodoro, which is hard to find in Toronto, and they perfectly execute this. The service is very accommodating and friendly too. Definitely make a reservation, as it can get busy quick. Every single item on their menu is perfection. If you like italian food, you’ll love Cano.
