Thought they had a fair choice, it wasn't my choice of food. Had dinner at Sat night and service was very... slow. No refills on drinks offered. Had breakfast and lunch between the workshops on Sunday. Again a fair selection, but not my choice of food. Things you wanted from the buffet were long gone.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Kristie De Giorgio again who provided us with exceptional customer service! She personally looked after us and really made us feel...at home, ensuring every detail was perfectly executed from the selection of brunch items available right down to the table décor and seating arrangements! I would highly recommend you visit the Holiday Inn for brunch and make sure you make a special request to be taken care by Kristie De Giorgio.
