Burger King - Toronto

I was surprised by the longer than expected wait time to place my order. The restaurant's size is smaller than I had anticipated.

I visited the Burger King located at 100 Eglinton Square, Scarborough, ON M1L 2K1 around 10:45 pm. I ordered beef and chicken burgers. The beef burgers were satisfactory, but I was disappointed with the chicken patty and nuggets as they had a strong smell of oil. The bun on the chicken burger was completely burnt. When I approached the counter to voice my concerns, I was informed that they did not have any feedback forms available and suggested that I provide feedback online. They also mentioned that they were unable to address the taste of the oil in the patties and nuggets, as the oil would not be changed until the following day. As for the burnt bun, they did not have a response.

The onion rings were too greasy. Please make sure to remove excess oil before serving! The mozzarella sticks were disappointing and tasted stale. I have had them at other Burger King locations and have enjoyed them in the past.

I will never go to this location again! Dirty place and super slow .. the food was ice cold and tasted old.. I should have walked out once I saw how dirty this location was..
