Today's beef tartare, marinated in ale and served on rustic sourdough, was peppered with cashew, coriander, and shallots...delicious."Pear Berliner", a sour wheat beer, is a treat, but not as complex as the "DIPA"(double ipa), which wows mostly with its aromatics.The server mentioned that Flanders Red Ale may be a future project at Burdock. Hope so. Indie Ale House has just sold out of their "Ritual Madness" Flanders Red Ale batch.We are patiently waiting for the next good thing at Burdock.
