Was Margarette Predovic at Brickyard Grounds a mag?
This lovely little spot is (thankfully) a very short walk from my house. We've been here for breakfast/brunch several times now (and done take out) and my order remains the same - The Brick Chicken Waffle. Absolutely delicious. A homemade waffle topped with mashed potatoes, which is topped with free range roasted chicken pieces, which is topped with bacon, which is topped with gravy. Can you say OMG? A DEFINITE must... What Vern White dislikes about Brickyard Grounds:
Brickyard Grounds is a nice and causal Canadian restaurant.I tried the regular poutine and although it was tasty, the cheese curds were totally melted and it was more like eating New Jersey disco fries (I'm from New Jersey, I'd know). Service was friendly and efficient.Recommended overall for a solidly tasty meal in an unpretentious environment. View all feedback.

Some of the best meals, local wines, coffee and tea any of the 4 of us have had.Bright cheery comfortable place for an afternoon coffee and friendly efficient staff brought us back that evening for individual meals that tasted like they were made just for us. The group of friends who own and run this unique spot make it a destination to seek out.

Stopped by the Brickyard Grounds for a quick bite and absolutely loved the place!All the classic Canadian pub food with a nice twist to make it more interesting. I has the pulled pork sandwich which tasted like heavens and satisfied my craving. Excellent choice of beverages and outstanding service! I will definitely be back whenever I am in the area!Highly recommend for others!
