If you want a microwaved schnitzel that’s been sitting out without temp control, made by a woman wearing no gloves and touches everything and then the food she prepares for you this place is for you. Not to mention tables sat out with dirty dishes on them for a while. Would give zero stars if possible. View all feedback.
My husband and I popped in for lunch one day when out for a walk. We both chose sandwiches from the specials board - meatloaf for me and chicken for him. Both were enormous, filled with roasted vegetables and salad and nice sauces. Huge fresh salad on the side too. We really enjoyed it. Nice, but very strong, coffee served. Was safe to say we didn't need a big dinner that evening but we're very tempted by the German cakes in the counter - next time!
This place offers up some authentic schnitzel sandwiches that are trustworthy and savory. They come with a great piece of bread, lettuce, and tomato. The service is very homey and the people who run the place seem like nice, hard working, schnitzel technicians.
I hadn't been here recently, but today I stopped for a light lunch. I had a chicken schnitzel sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. For $7.35, HST included, it's a steal! This is a comfortable place that serves Central European food. Recommended!
Great food and service! A must go restaurant! Lovely patio too : favourite pear juice in the city.
